Product Handling Information

All of our Hot and Cold (Lox) smoked wild salmon products are ready to eat and are vacuum packaged in either full sides or chunks and must remain frozen until consumed. Chunks, candy and “fingers” are packaged in a clear front, gold foil backed plastic package.

We also offer the option of bulk packaging for both Hot and Cold (Lox) smoked salmon products.

The chunk size packages range from approximately 100 to 250 grams each and the sides depend upon the size of the fish. A typical sockeye side would be approximately 1kg or 2.2 pounds in size.

Our Cold smoked (Lox) salmon is available sliced or non-sliced. Non sliced chunks are packaged in clear front, gold foil backed plastic packages and range from 100 to 200 grams in size.

Our sliced Cold smoked (Lox) salmon is vacuum packaged on a gold board comes in a 100 gram size. Custom slicing for other sizes is available on request subject to minimum orders.

Our jerky products are shelf stable and come in 30 gram packages, 12 to a display box and 48 to a master box. The individual 30 gram packs may also be hole punched for rack display or use in a counter top display box.
