Our plant is one of the very few in the area operating under federal/provincial licences and approvals which authorize our plant to undertake certification of shellfish in addition to our smoked salmon production. Our capacity to certify shellfish provides a local grower or harvester the necessary approvals to offer these quality items in markets almost anywhere in the world.
