Handling

Our handling specifications are easy to follow and ensure
you get the product you want in the shortest amount of time.
Before delivering your catch to our plant, all fish must be gutted with head and tail left on. We suggest you clean and freeze or flash freeze your fish as soon as possible after catch to ensure the maximum quality. Your fish will be tagged and remains your fish processed to your specific instructions.
During peak season we process smoker loads on a regular basis and will give you a precise estimate of finished time together with pricing when you deliver your catch to our plant.
